Our Returns & Exchange Policy is valid for 30 days from the time of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or exchange will not be accepted. 

To request a return or exchange, you can contact us at stacy@blissbayou.com. Emails regarding returns & exchanges will be answered Monday-Friday during the hours of 9am-4pm Central Time. Please include your Order Number and description of your request with your email.

Non-Returnable Items

All personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for return or exchange. Please ensure that colors, sizes, initials, names, and other custom requests are correct when placing an order. Bliss Bayou will not be held responsible for errors made when placing an order.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items or gift cards.

Exchange Shipping

If your exchange is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Return Shipping

If your return is accepted, return shipping and insurance is the responsibility of the customer. Bliss Bayou will not provide shipping labels or packaging for items being returned for refund.

Processing Time

Please allow 7-10 business days for processing any exchanges or returns upon receipt. Refunds and exchanges will be progressed as soon as the items have been received, inspected, and accepted for return.

Exchanges will be proceed as if a new order has been placed, reference our Shipping Policy. Refunds will be issued using the original form of payment and may take a few days to show.

Shipping charges from original order are non-refundable.

Damages and Issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 5 days from the time of delivery if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. When reaching out, please include your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo of the issue for us to better assist you.

Price Adjustments

If you have purchased items that are now on sale, we will offer you a one-time price adjustment on full-price purchases only. Please contact us with your Order Number within 5 days of original purchase.

We do not offer price adjustments on shipping charges or shipping promotions
